Residents
MLTV – Main Line Network is Radnor, PA’s public access station, providing non-commercial mass media resources for the resident public to create content television programming which is narrowcast on MLTV Channels in Radnor Township, Lower Merion Township and Narberth borough.

MLTV manages all related resident access to community-provided television services, welcoming community members to produce and air their own programs on Radnor, PA channels (Comcast and Verizon Channel 21), and Lower Merion/Narberth Channels (Comcast Channel 99/Verizon Channel 34).

With membership, community resident public access resources include:
• Access to production resources (camera, microphone, editing technology, studio space).
• Access to streaming programs on-demand on the MLTV – Main Line Network channels.
• Ability to control the production of your programs that television viewers and online viewers will see.
• Ability to coordinate fellow resident interns and volunteers to function as production crew for production needs.

Becoming an MLTV – Main Line Network member/producer provides residents with a venue to broadcast their message to viewers in Delaware and Montgomery Counties.
Access to production technology is ndependent on residency, membership, and the Content Production Agreement. Radnor and Lower Merion/Narberth community residents interested in using the services, facilities and equipment of MLTV can become a "member" for a small annual fee.
